An outdated online presence that no longer reflected its stature in the legal industry. Miller Thomson's website suffered from complex navigation, inconsistent branding, and limited backend flexibility, making it difficult for users to find relevant information and for the internal team to manage content efficiently.

Our discovery process revealed that Miller Thomson’s website was not only difficult for clients to navigate but also challenging for internal teams to manage. Users struggled to find legal expertise quickly, and the backend lacked flexibility. Using these insights, we crafted a modern, intuitive, and scalable solution focused on seamless navigation, enhanced search functionality, and a robust CMS to empower their team.
